All orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class with a 3-5 day average transit time. A flat rate of $4 is charged at checkout.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class International with a 7-10 day average transit time. A flat rate of $8 is charged at checkout.
Orders to all other countries are shipped via USPS First Class International with a 14-21 day average transit time. In some cases, delivery can take up to 8 weeks. A flat rate of $10 is charged at checkout.
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for paying any duties/taxes due upon arrival in the destination country.
Please double check to make sure your shipping address has been entered correctly. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages that are not delivered due to customer error.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right! Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping fees will be paid for by the customer.
All custom orders, as well as orders for custom sizes (anything outside of 6.5"-8.5"), are final sale and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nicole@allisoncolejewelry.com.
Exchanges If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at nicole@allisoncolejewelry.com before mailing your item back.
